Water Line Flood, Alpine, San Diego

The homeowner of this lovely Alpine home woke up to quite the shock.  About an inch of water flooded her kitchen with her floor submerged. The water was coming from the water filtration line in the fridge that had burst. Our Emergency Mitigation Team arrived on site and started extracting all the standing water. The lower cabinets, drywall and carpet in the kitchen as well as the carpet and drywall in the family room were affected and needed to be addressed. The team took precautions to ensure the safety of the tile counter top and other items by wrapping and securing all necessary areas. Our Contents Crew arrived and started packing the effected surfaces and cabinets to get the space prepped for the larger portion of the pack out. The major contents removal was of all the large items in the home including the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and master closet. The team was able to safely pack and store all of the contents in the garage while the dry-out was in progress. Upon completion, our Repair Team began the restoration phase. A full build-back of the areas allowed for beautiful new upgrades and leaving this family with a fresh new look and back to normal.
