Kitchen Sink Supply Line Break and Downstairs Flood Cleanup
While the homeowners were away on vacation, a broken kitchen sink supply line caused water damage throughout the downstairs of their La Jolla home, leaving approximately two inches of standing water.
Our restoration team responded to assess the damage, pack out the homeowners’ belongings, and begin the water cleanup and drying process. We installed drying equipment and containment to help prevent elevated moisture levels from affecting the upstairs living areas.
Once the structural drying and necessary repairs were completed, our team returned the homeowners’ belongings, helping them get their home back in order after the unexpected flooding.
